Structural Crack Repair: Injection & Carbon Fiber Stapling
We inject poured-wall cracks using a port-and-backer system: surface ports are installed at 8–12 inch intervals along the crack, the surface is sealed, and two-part polyurethane or epoxy is pumped under pressure from the lowest port up — filling the crack through its full depth.
Block wall repointing involves removing deteriorated mortar joints to a minimum depth and repacking with waterproof hydraulic mortar.
